Trash pick-up days: Monday and Thursday
In accordance with the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs), the Association has contracted with a single trash removal service. This twice-a-week service is paid annually with your association dues. The Association in turn pays the trash removal service monthly.
A container to use for trash disposal will be provided to you. No garbage or trash shall be placed or kept on any property within Ironbridge except in covered containers provided for this use. All residents are required to use the single company the association contract’s with and no other trash company shall be permitted within the subdivision.
Items not permitted in trash
Trash containers must be maintained within the residence and not be visible from neighboring property except to make the containers available on the day of collection. No containers should be left outside overnight.
The company asks that the containers be in place by 8:00 a.m. You may place normal household trash in your containers. If you have a bulky item, call ahead (417-865-1717) before placing the item at the curb. The phone number for the Solid Waste Division is 864-2002.
The trash company observes six holidays a year: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Trash pickup will run one day late following these dates. They work on Saturday to make up the date. Holiday Schedule for 2020.
There will be no refunds for unused or suspended trash service during the year.
